Aim: The purpose of this study was to present a model of empowerment management for secondary school administrators in Tehran city. Methods: This research was applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of data and data base in terms of research method. Academic experts and educational managers were considered as the study population that using the debt snowball method with 18 interviews, the researcher found that the collected information had reached saturation point. The data collection tool was a review of national and international documents related to the subject as well as a semi-structured exploratory interview. Results: The findings indicated that the identified dimensions for the model of empowerment of for secondary school administrators in Tehran include some dimensions such as general abilities, puberty abilities, intellectual perceptual abilities, leadership abilities, interpersonal abilities, and organizational-managerial abilities. In order to validate the final model, the Delphi technique was used, which confirms the research findings. Conclusion: It could be said that the dimensions of empowerment model in this study was a complete combination of internal and external researches that none of them has achieved beyond these 6 dimensions.
